Delete Your Data from Zanshin

If you'd like to delete your Rai account and the data associated with it, you have two options — no app install required:

Option 1: Delete from your account (web or app)

  1. Sign in at app.zanshin.care (or open the Rai mobile app).
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap/click Delete Account and confirm.
  4. Your account and data are deleted immediately, and you'll receive a confirmation email.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can't sign in, email support@zanshin.care from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm once it's done.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and login credentials
  • Your profile information
  • Your conversation history and summaries
  • Your journal/day entries
  • Any feedback you've submitted
  • Your linked payment profile with our payment processor, Stripe

What may be retained

  • Deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period before being permanently purged from our systems.
  • Our payment processor (Stripe) retains billing and transaction records as required by financial and tax regulations, independent of your Stripe profile being deleted.
